We‘re especially honoured that our master chef Troy Lopez will be cooking exclusively on the arena stage to present the Caribbean kitchen and Caribbean products in various cooking shows on both days.
THE AUTHENTIC CARIBBEAN EXPO takes place on Friday, September 27 and opens that day only for buyers/visitors working in a related industry. On Saturday, September 28 the exhibition DISCOVER THE CARIBBEAN opens for everyone.
